The room layouts are cramped with fixed furniture that restricts movement!!! Consider improving soundproofing between rooms to reduce guest disturbances!!! Brent for more efficient and timely housekeeping services!!! Address negative experiences during check-in !!!

The room we had included a couch and a couch bed. The location was favourable close to Outlets too and the staff here was outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally nice.

Very surprised. Very nice hotel and very nice room located in the new wing. Very friendly helpfull staff. Great breakfast, with internet kiosk and free wifi. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again.

We had a cozy family getaway at this hotel. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed hiking up to the historical Pagoda, a beautiful trail. Breakfast was a hit, especially the waffles and the fresh sausage. Our family could happily start the day with a filling meal.

In my wife's opinion, the bathroom layout needs improvement for privacy and comfort. The bathrooms should have more conventional doors instead of sliding barn doors to ensure families have more privacy.

Staff was very professional and made us fully accommodated and comfortable. Very hardworking group of staff everyone we met; desk staff, housekeeping staff, breakfast staff, were all professional, friendly and courteous. I'd definitely stay there again and recommend!

My kids loved the pool. Nice breakfast; food was replenished quickly by servers. Good water pressure in the shower. If needing to be in the Reading area, stay in Wyomissing---Reading is awful.

The furniture in our room was a bit worn looking, but it was clean and beds were comfortable.

The queen room with two queen beds was equipped with air conditioning, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The fitness center and indoor swimming pool were well-maintained, great. Breakfast featured fresh waffles and turkey sausage, a nice touch! Good vibe and friendly staff.

The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly.

Found gum stuck to the headboard of the bed and the pastries for breakfast were stale.

I think the price could have been cheaper for a night stay. But I think all hotels should be cheaper.

Check-in was a hassle, with mismanagement leading to unnecessary delays and confusion. Upon entering the room, I found the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. There were dirty towels left behind, and the toilet hadn't been flushed. Housekeeping failed to provide basic services , leaving us without fresh linens and creating a general feeling of neglect in the room. I encountered some noise from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my sleep occasionally. While there were some redeeming qualities, several maintenance and cleanliness issues detracted significantly from the experience.

That you use bleach in your bed sheets, I have reaction to bleach, but next time they will make sure to have bleach free bed sheets

Well-appointed accommodation with favourable setting so close to Near shops, and so many stores and places to eat. Exceptionally comfortable bed in king room with a seating area, an ironing set and a work desk.

The breakfast spread was impressively diverse, with fresh waffles and sausage, made mornings good. This stay far exceeded my last trip in wyomissing, as everything felt cute and well-organized.
